'Kingdom of Shadows' Selected for Ambulante California film festival

Participant’s documentary Kingdom of Shadows will screen at the Ambulante California film festival. Now in its sophomore year, Ambulante is a festival co-founded by Mexican filmmakers Diego Luna and Gael Garcia-Bernal. In film, director Bernardo Ruiz takes an unflinching look at the hard choices and destructive consequences of the U.S.-Mexico “drug war.”

Documentary-Focused Ambulante California Announces 2015 Film Festival Lineup

Ambulante California, California's own "film festival that's more like a rock tour," has announced the lineup for their second annual film festival. The so-called "itinerant film fest" will tour the state from September 19 – October 4, traveling over 485 square miles up and down the coast while screening 28 films in 21 different public venues, mostly outdoors and always 100% free.
