Gabriel Brakin

Senior Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs

Gabriel Brakin is Participant Media’s Senior Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs.  Gabe joined Participant in 2008 and oversees business and legal matters in connection with the company's feature film financing and distribution arrangements, joint ventures, strategic investments and other corporate matters, along with all business activities in connection with Participant's digital media subsidiary, TakePart.com.

Prior to joining Participant, Gabe was an entertainment and media attorney at O’Melveny & Myers and also served as a law clerk for the Honorable A. Wallace Tashima, on the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Gabe is a loyal Bruin fan, having received a B.A. in Political Science and J.D. from UCLA.
