Bryan Humpherys
Vice President, Finance and Controller
Bryan Humpherys joined Participant in January, 2010 as Vice President Finance and Controller, where he is responsible for overseeing all accounting, financial reporting and analysis functions for the company.
Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President and Controller for two years for Yari Film Group after two decades with The Walt Disney Company, where he served in a variety of capacities, the most recent of which was Executive Director Studio Controllership. In this role he supervised all financial activities for the company’s production labels Disney, Touchstone, and Miramax Films—as well as managing the Studios Sarbanes Oxley effort. Before Disney, he worked in accounting for Carnation and USA Petroleum.
He received his Business degree from Utah State University.
