Bonnie Stylides
Senior Vice President, Business Affairs
Bonnie Stylides joined Participant Media as Senior Vice President, Business Affairs in February, 2010. She is responsible for handling the business affairs for Participant's development and production activities, as well as providing legal support for the Company's social action activities.
Stylides, a Stanford Law School graduate, most recently served as Outside Counsel to Summit Entertainment and Business Affairs Consultant to Phoenix Pictures, while representing other legal clients such as independent feature film producers, documentary filmmakers, book authors, visual artists and various pro-bono clients. From 1997 to 2005, she served as Senior Counsel in the Motion Picture division of Paramount Pictures, where she negotiated and drafted agreements involving rights, talent, co-financing, acquisitions and various aspects of film production. Prior to that, Bonnie was an associate in the entertainment departments of Katten Muchin and Kaye Scholer
Her extensive volunteer efforts have benefited causes ranging from abused children to arts education to illiteracy to public radio, and her pro-bono legal clients include non-profits raising money for breast cancer research, seeking reparations for Holocaust survivors and protecting voters rights.
Before attending law school, Stylides worked in television and commercial production and book publishing in New York City.
