Katy Norris joined Participant Media in April 2010 as Technical Project Manager - TakePart.

Before Participant, Katy served as website producer for AmericanFunds.com for seven years.  Upon leaving AmericanFunds, Katy spent six months in Kenya as a volunteer for The Foundation for Sustainable Development, where she became an expert on rainwater harvesting system construction.

Katy hails from the Bay Area and majored in English at Scripps College.
